We are compassionate and skilled clinicians delivering therapy services tailored to our client's needs. We provide emotional wellness services to adolescents, adults, and couples in a supportive, inclusive, friendly, and warm environment. We specialise in cognitive, EMDR and mindfulness-based behaviour therapies and teach our clients practical tools for leading a more fulfilled life. We are an EMDR-certified clinic and hold full membership with EMDRAA. We provide interventions for a wide variety of mental health conditions and difficulties, including stress, anxiety, PTSD, workplace challenges, relationships, depression and trauma.

Revive also offers a range of corporate consulting services. These include assessment, employee assistance programs and a comprehensive range of mental wellness & leadership skill development workshops. Our workshops aim to provide leaders with the tools to create a mentally healthy workforce as well as cultivating a psychologically safe environment to enable employees to thrive.
