Flexible position with the possibility to be permanent full time or part time.
We are looking for a passionate team member that is either trained in Clinical Pilates or willing to learn. The position will include both standard Physiotherapy service alongside Clinical Pilates sessions. There is also potential to work in the field of Mens and Womens Health in collaboration with our experienced Physiotherapists.
Excellent wages and flexible pay structure Remuneration is above award wages and can be negotiated for the right candidate. Pay structure is employment with the option for a commission on top of base wages.
We can assist with relocation costs for the right candidate
Professional development is highly supported through Balance Health Phillip Island. A yearly allowance is given to all staff. We have 6 weekly multidisciplinary team meetings and more regular mentoring for areas of special interest and newer graduates. All our staff are committed to professional development and are assisted both financially and in house. We all contribute by sharing from experience and extended learning courses
There is the opportunity to develop your own niche and achieve your own career goals within the clinic.
All our staff have a fun role to assist with fun marketing and social media campaigns
Our Owner prioritises your well being through regular meetings to coach you through all areas of life both inside and out of the Clinic. All new employees will have the paid opportunity to shadow our staff over the first month during a handover and learn how we all work together as a team and ensure there there is a smooth transition for both the therapist and the clients
