Our team are all passionate Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Therapy support professionals who enjoy working with clients to keep them mobile, happy and healthy.
We are all registered with AHPRA and members of Occupational Therapy Australia or the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

Health 2 You provides expert assessment, diagnosis and treatment to our Therapy services. We work with you to tailor your therapy around your goals and what matters most to you.
Whether that is picking up children, running a fun run, returning to work or just getting out to have a coffee with friends your goals are our goals achieving these in the comfort of your own home and community.

We currently provide OT, Physio, and Allied Health Assistance support across metro Melbourne, Victoria but we are growing with plans to expand into other states in the future.
We can also provide Telehealth consults and can work with clients slightly beyond the metro region, with negotiation, as needed.
