Mind Project works compassionately with clients to better understand their experiences and, from there, develop tailor-made treatment plans to achieve meaningful and lasting change. More than just listening, our psychologists seek to provide science-based skills, strategies, and resources so clients can make immediate progress towards their goals.
I pride myself on keeping up to date with research and employ Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to treat a wide variety of mental health concerns. I have a special interest in Exposure Therapy - a form of CBT - for the treatment of Anxiety.

Mind Project is a Clinical Psychology practice conveniently situated in the Kogarah Specialist Centre. Positioned at 8/40 Montgomery Street, Kogarah, it is an easy 3 minute walk from Kogarah Train Station. It is also within easy walking distance from Derby Street Car Park (entry via Derby Street, maximum 3 hours), Kogarah Town Centre Car Park (entry via ramp from Railway Parade) and the Rail Commuter Car Park (entry via Station Street, which is free).
Our psychology practice is located on the second floor of the Kogarah Specialist Centre. You can get to the second floor via the stairs or Elevator.
