Paula Polhill is a registered Psychologist and Director of Compass Counselling & Psychological Services, operating in Gladesville, Sydney. Paula is a passionate and skilled Psychologist with 19 years experience providing quality Couples Counselling creating positive and lasting outcomes in a short space of time. Paula has helped hundreds of couples re-ignite their connection, having created an even deeper, more meaningful and intimate relationship than before. For many couples, only 4-6 sessions are needed in order to start experiencing positive changes in their relationship - an investment well worth making before the relationship further deteriorates beyond repair.

Paula is also passionate about helping individuals experiencing anxiety issues. Having experienced anxiety issues and panic attacks in her teens, Paula can truly empathise and understand how debilitating anxiety can be. Paula is passionate about teaching her Clients the same tools (and much more) that she learned to free herself from a life controlled by anxiety. Paula enjoys witnessing her Clients learn how to change their relationship with anxiety so they can reclaim their life and start living a more meaningful life with connection and vitality.
