South Eastern Play & Creative Therapies is a child and adolescent mental health service. We are a group of Independent Play & Creative Art Therapists offering a range of therapeutic services including play therapy, creative art therapies, family play therapy, parent counselling, group programs, consultancy and training/PD.

We aim to provide accessible, high quality therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults utilising play and expressive arts-based practice. We are passionate about offering therapeutic services that are developmentally sensitive, relationship focused and integrating a range of therapeutic modalities to meet the individual needs of the client. This means that we consider the developmental stage of the child or young person rather than their chronological age.

We believe that the child or young person functions as part of a broader system which could include the family, peers, school, and other professional services involved. Some of the best therapeutic outcomes come from working with the whole system, particularly, the family. We offer a range of parent education and support programs.
