Synergy Health and Fitness Solutions is an Exercise Physiology practice located at Synergy Health Centre in Townsville, North Queensland. Synergy Health has been specifically designed to help individuals aged 45+ years with all of their health and well-being needs. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) fully supervise all of our members and provide best practice exercise prescriptions to ensure that everyone performs exercises that are safe and appropriate to their goals and health conditions.

The atmosphere at Synergy is not like regular gyms. We pride ourselves on making everyone feel comfortable in what can be an intimidating and confronting setting. No TVs, no big mirrors, no loud thumping music, and no crazy Lycra outfits.
