We are a group of 80 clinical and administrative professionals dedicated to helping people move and live better.
Where we started
SportsCare began in 1999 as one physiotherapy clinic in Dickson with the goal of providing excellent quality care for patients. Since then, we have embraced growth opportunities in our clinical offering and team to continue supporting our clients for over two decades.
Where we are going
SportsCare Canberra has grown into seven locations strategically located throughout Canberra to be accessible for our clients at home, work, school, and where they play.
Our SportsCare family has grown to a clinical team of approximately 60 therapists who are supported by around 20 passionate administrative professionals. Our people continue to be the focus point of our business. Creating nurturing, safe, and healthy environments that promote the performance of passionate health care professionals leads to successful outcomes for and strong relationships with our clients. As SportsCare moves with the evolution of healthcare, we are creating multidisciplinary teams and services so our clients can conveniently access services they need and can be confident in their allied health team.

Clinical staff have $1,500 per annum to spend on professional development and a fully paid study day.
Recharge Day is one paid day per annum where staff can take a day off to recharge and reset, like a mental health day.
Four weeks annual leave and two weeks personal leave.
Super is paid on top of your salary.
Senior therapists meet monthly for clinical discussion meetings and is an opportunity to share ideas, problem-solve challenges, and collaborate in the clinical space.
Our new graduate program is a structured program that offers diversity for graduates in different injuries, areas of the body, and focuses that are rotated across clinics every two weeks.
Our Hand Therapists meet every second month to discuss and collaborate on all things hand therapy for our growin Hand Clinic service.
Our clinics hold weekly discussions for staff to discuss new research, clinical cases, and our industry.
