OUR PRACTICE
The Inglewood Medical Centre is an accredited general practice which provides training for undergraduate and postgraduate medical students and registrars. Our friendly reception staff: Corinne, Lisa, Cindi, Jackie, and Sue are available to assist you in any way. Our nursing staff are: Belinda, Kate, Melissa, Debra, Lisa, Mary, Emily and Trisha. A box is available in the waiting room for your feedback, suggestions, comments and complaints which can, of course, be anonymous. A notice regarding external complaint mechanisms is advertised in the waiting room. This practice fully respects the rights of all patients at all times including, especially, their privacy rights.

FEES
Fees are payable at the time of the service by EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard or cash. We offer a range of facilities to assist you in claiming your rebate from Medicare - ask us how. If you are having difficulty paying our fees at any time, please discuss this with our friendly reception staff. As of 12/12/2022 we are now a private billing practice. Children under 16, Veterans Affairs Cardholders, immunisations and blood tests will continued to be bulk billed. Pensioners, health care card holders and full time students will be charged at a discounted fee. A fee information brochure including a list of fees for many of our services is available at reception.
