Dr. Phaninder Tatineni is the founder of the Heddon Greta Medical Centre. With his experience from his medical college and Post-Graduation General Practice training in the UK, and also through running his practice in the UK albeit as an Owner/ GP trainer/ Medical educator/ SCCG board member for Tameside & Glossop NHS, etc. He has set himself to certain standards of good quality healthcare as well as for fit for purpose premises.

Aim

Heddon Greta Medical Centre has been in the making since about 2017 as he felt there is a local need for health care facilities mainly for Heddon Greta and the surrounding area including Cliftleigh, Gilleston Heights, etc.

Capacity

The practice has immense capacity and plans to accommodate services such as visiting specialists, allied health services. The practice will aspire to have continuing pathology services with a mobile ultra sound and x-ray facilities in house. The idea is for this rural practice to be as much self sustainable for the convenience of patients as possible.
