Our mission is to provide early relief from the 3 most common mental health symptoms treated in general practice. These big 3 (Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia) represent a state of poor mental health and unmanaged lead to an increased risk of developing more serious mental illnesses.

We believe any Australian suffering one of these 3 symptoms should be able to access a GP specialised in mental health care for early diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and long-term support.
