Founded in 2019, Pacific Health & Wellbeing (PHW) was inspired by the positive impact of the recently introduced NDIS scheme on communities, particularly for those with limited resources. Motivated by a commitment to improving access to life-enhancing interventions, PHW was established to ensure that individuals from all backgrounds, locations, and identities receive the support they need.

Initially set up in Queensland, PHW started with a dedicated team of clinicians focused on providing accessible healthcare options. Participants could access therapeutic interventions at home, in community spaces, or at school. As the company expanded, it moved to a larger facility with clinical amenities, allowing for both in-clinic and telehealth appointments, and further enhancing accessibility for the community.
