Active One is a team of health professionals, here to assist people who require highly educated, expert help.



Our main services are Occupational Therapy and Exercise Physiology. In addition we have a dietitian at our Frankston clinic. Our Occupational Therapy NDIS and Exercise Physiology NDIS services are run from all clinics, which include Frankston, Carrum Downs and Brighton.



Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists work with people of all ages and abilities. We assist younger clients with injury rehabilitation, guide their strength and conditioning programs to maximise sports performance.



We also provide a range of exercise services for people with Metabolic Syndrome, who suffer pain/injury or who simply want to get fitter and stronger to enhance their health.



Exercise for seniors is of particular interest to us and a key area we specialise in as well.

What we do…
​
We specialise in helping people who either have a chronic disease or injury or whom may be at high risk of developing one. At our clinic we have Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, Diabetes Educators, Podiatrists, Dieticians, and a General Practitioner.



We see clients individually at our clinic or we visit them in their homes. We also run Cardiac Rehabilitation (for Peninsula Private Hospital), Group Exercise programs and Workplace Health and Wellness services.
