Dietitian - Grade Two Dietitian – Grade Two STATUS: Ongoing, Full time HOURS: 40 hours per week (accruing one day off per month) BRHS seeks the services of a proactive, enthusiastic and experienced Dietitian to work in a strong multidisciplinary team environment in our thriving Allied Health Department. The Dietetics team operates within a friendly and supportive environment to provide assessment, diagnosis, advice and treatment to clients of all ages. In this role you will be responsible for providing quality, client-centred and efficient Dietetic services to one or more caseloads depending on experience and interest. We currently provide dietetic services to acute inpatients(including the Dialysis Unit), inpatient rehabilitation, outpatients, aged care and community health programs. You will also have opportunities to assist in leading the team in the implementation of new models of care and support the development of Grade One and Student Dietitians. The successful candidate will demonstrate: A tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics Eligibility for membership to Dietitians Association of Australia Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with good level of knowledge in one or more of the following clinical areas of practice: Acute Hospital, Rehabilitation Inpatients and Community Outpatients An ability to provide client centred care and goal focused nutrition interventions within a broad range of settings.
