I draw from several treatment modalities, including Positive Psychology, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, EMDR and Schema Therapy (I'll explain this psych speak during our sessions!).
