Foundation First Speech Pathology was established in 2021 by Practice Director, Sarah Moran (B.Sp.Path MSPA, CPSP).

The core of Foundation First Speech Pathology is about building autonomy and strength in families and participants to empower them to advocate for and strive towards their goals, achieving independence, self-determination, and the joy of communication. We work with other allied health professionals to support children who are NDIS participants and their families.

Foundation First Speech Pathology employs Certified Practising Speech Pathologists We are committed to ongoing professional development, professional mentoring, and clinical supervision.

We strive to ensure that people with disabilities are offered the same opportunities as others and as an organisation that support clients with disability, we want this to be reflected in our workforce.

Regular Peer Mentoring and Supervision with experienced clinicians

All clinic resources and a budget for providing you with what you need
PD Budget of $750 per year and five (5) days paid Study Leave per year
Capped billable hours (5 hours per day including travel and indirect time, this is adjusted as needed for new graduates)
New Graduate Career Development Program included in position so that you can develop your own career path and be supported to do that
