Who Are We?
Focus on Function was formed due to limited Occupational Therapy services in our area, high demand for adult based services and a drive to provide quality services in our community.

We provide collaborative and participant centered Occupational Therapy, Dietitian and Case Management services to adults with a wide range of disabilities and medical conditions.
Our Dietitian services is also serving children and families.
