RCOT was born from Reid working in many roles, seeing many needs within the disability community, and many areas that were not being met by larger organisations. Reid prides himself and RCOT on family, client centred practice, communication and support beyond the funds a family/child have available to them.

RCOT values diversity and equality within the community. Supporting children from the age of 4 and adults within the disability and LGBTQ+ communities, with substantial experience in helping those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Tourette's, Neurological Dysfunction Disorder, Down Syndrome, Gender Identity and Mental Health support.

RCOT is not only a clinic that provides Occupational Therapy and Support Work services, but organises school holiday programs to encourage our clients to make friends and socialise with other peers, whom have similar interests and qualities within a safe and comfortable environment.
