We cater for everyone with any health condition, concern or goal. There are no limits! Everyone can benefit from a specific exercise prescription.
Our practitioners specialise in chronic, sub-acute and acute medical conditions and injuries. They also cater for those wanting to reduce disease risk, improve mobility and balance, build strength and increase exercise confidence.
Conditions we treat include:
Diabetes
Hypertension
Depression/Anxiety
Disease related fatigue
Musculoskeletal injury
Frailty
Chronic back pain
Multiple Sclerosis
Parkinson's Disease
Obesity
Osteoarthritis
Our practitioners are also qualified strength and conditioning coaches with experience and passion for working with the athletic population. We assess, and prescribe exercise for the purpose of prehabilitation, rehabilitation and performance enhancement, to improve the sporting performance of our athletes.
Stronger with Age Over 60s Group Program
This program is designed for anyone over the age of 60 years who wants to improve strength, fitness and balance, reduce disease risk, reduce disease burden, lose weight or build exercise confidence.
Each patient will have an initial one on one consultation with an accredited Exercise Physiologist from which an individualised exercise program is developed. Exercise programs are designed to meet the individual and health goals of the patient, and are tailored to consider chronic health conditions, fatigue, frailty, limited range of motion and pain.
All group programs are supervised to ensure the safety of all patients.
The Stronger with Age Program runs three days a week- Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Bookings can be made online or by phone
