The Waiting room is once again open for business!
Masks will however continue to be worn in the Medical Centre.
As of Friday 29 April 2022, the WA Government has removed several restrictions related to the Covid-19 pandemic due to the ongoing hard work of the WA public and the low rates of hospitalisation from Covid-19.Whilst this is great news, we ask that masks continue to be worn within the Medical Centre for the time being.
This is for your own protection as well as for the protection of those around you.
If you are free of symptoms related to Covid-19 or other infectious disease then you are welcome to wait in the waiting room.
If you have symptoms possibly related to Covid-19 or another infectious disease, please do not enter the waiting room and remain in your car and the doctor will call you as close to the time of your appointment as possible (this is the same as we have been doing for well over a year and a half).
The reasons for our ongoing caution are due to us having many elderly and vulnerable patients who will require ongoing care for their many and varied health concerns and the fact that the Covid-19 rates of infection whilst stable still remain sizeable.
We are also entering winter with the annual flu season likely commencing shortly. We are pleased to welcome you back and thank you for your understanding and care for one another during these challenging times!

Our reception staff are very carefully triaging ALL patient bookings and we thank you, our patients, for your patience! This is one of the most important things we are doing, in order to keep the Medical Centre as clean and virus-free as possible.
We have increased our infection control procedures and are endeavouring to ensure social distancing advice and disinfectant of hard surfaces and hands is practised with all interaction within the medical centre. We have made changes in our waiting room by spacing chairs and also at our reception desk to enact social distancing.
