The clinic opened in Collins Parade, Hackham before moving to Penneys Hill Road location in November 2007, and in October 2022, relocated to Hackham Plaza Shopping Centre. We are a general practice providing comprehensive health care for people living in the Southern Area. GPHealth Hackham also visits Holly Residential Care Facility regularly.
