Baldivis Family Medical Centre is a brand new, modern, patient-focussed practice located in the vibrant community of Baldivis. We are open extended hours, Monday - Thursday from 8am to 8pm, Friday from 8am to 5pm. Saturday and Sunday from 9am and 3pm for your family's convenience.

Patients under the age of 16
All patients with a valid healthcare and pensioner card
