Wheelchair Access
Sunnybank Hills Medical Centre is accessible by wheelchair via a ramp at the entrance of the practice. A wheelchair is also available for use upon request at the reception desk. There are also wheelchair friendly toilets available in the practice. Our reception staff are always happy to help with all directions and enquiries.

Hygiene
Sunnybank Hills Medical Centre has strict infection policies in place to avoid risks of illness or disease transfer including autoclaving medical instruments. There is also a strict no smoking policy on the premises.

Interpreter Service
If English is not your first language we can arrange an interpreter to be present for you during appointments with your doctor. This is a free service and is arranged through the Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs, through the Translating and Interpreting Service. We will need to book this service in advance so please let our friendly reception staff know that you require this and it can be arranged for you.
