Carlton Medical Centre was established over 40 years ago, and in 2007 moved from Carlton to its current site. The practice has been fortunate to have supported many who have moved through our community and generations of some families in their health care needs.

We look forward to continuing this journey within our local community. Our mission is to provide the highest standard of patient care whilst incorporating a holistic, patient-centred approach toward diagnosis and management of illness.

We are committed to promoting health, well-being and disease prevention for all patients. We are a private-billing clinic but do not discriminate in our provision of care and aim to treat all patients with dignity and respect.
