Home Visits:

Home visits are available for regular patients, within a 5 km range of the Practice, who are unable to attend the surgery due to a medical condition.

Reminder System:

Reminders are sent for routine testing ie Bloods, BP review, Care plan reviews, Immunisations and Pap Smears for your convenience.
