Achieve Therapy is a multi-disciplinary private practice opening in the newly-built Ekera Medical Centre at the Revesby Worker's Club. The medical centre will include GPs, National Hearing, Paediatric Psychology, and many other medical specialists, creating an integrated healthcare model.

About the Role

 

Your role will be to develop the Occupational Therapy service at Achieve Therapy, and will initially require some marketing and resource development. Direct therapy will be provided to children and families, primarily at our clinic but with other options available.   

 

Essential Critera

 

Current Working With Children Check and AHPRA registration

Minimum 2 years' experience as a paediatric Occupational Therapist, with  sound knowledge of evidence based paediatric assessment and intervention

Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a multi-disciplinary team

A sense of creativity and enthusiasm and particular skill at engaging children

Ability to develop and lead presentations and workshops 

Own car and current driver's license

Excellent organisation, time management skills and ability to take initiative.

Understanding of marketing and business principles

Mandarin and Arabic speakers are encouraged to apply.
