We are a group of psychologists and psychiatrists who have a person-centred gentle approach to helping people. We provide a safe environment and work at a pace that is most comfortable for you. We welcome people from diverse backgrounds. We are experienced in working with clients from the LGBTIQ community, and differing cultural and religious backgrounds.
We understand that you are unique and wish to fully understand the nature of your particular concerns. We work with you to create individualised treatment plans, so that you will not get a one-size fits-all approach. Our psychologists and psychiatrists are trained to assist people with a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief and loss, parenting, relationships, and trauma and abuse.

Integrative Psychology provides high quality therapy, supervision and training which incorporates the most current directions in psychological evidence based practice. Drawing on the work of up-to-date research in health and psychological science we apply comprehensive assessment to the design of psychological intervention. We are humanistic, scientific, and inclusive in our approach and do not privilege one modality or philosophy over another in our focus on best practice.
We will undertake a caring and complete assessment of each client. We are rigorous in our assessment and measurement of wellness and place great emphasis on obtaining objective and subjective measures of the process of change. We encourage this approach in our staff and the students who attend our training or supervision. We follow the bio-psycho-social model of healthcare and the trans-theoretical model of psychological care. We will lead the development of new wave approaches to complete care in the provision of psychological services to the public and to industry.
