Online PsychCare was established in 2021 when Dr Evelyn Gasparillo, our founder, after working as a psychologist for over 15 years in different parts of Australia, recognised a growing need for quality psychological services that were both accessible and effective. She wanted to make therapy more accessible and wanted to reduce people's barriers such as worries about feeling anxious when leaving home, lack of time to see a psychologist, finding transportation, childcare, or other logistical concerns.



We take a warm and compassionate approach to psychotherapy and we practice from a person-centred approach working primarily from evidence-based models.
