We are a small family run business, situated just underneath Charlestown Central Leagues Club. We are simply about offering friendly, professional and effective treatment. Our goal is to get each and every one of our patients back to a pain free life, moving better and with a greater understanding of your body. We are passionate about helping you return to doing the things you love!

We take pride in patient care, listening to you and getting to know all the in and outs of your pain and problems. Once we have diagnosed your injury, we will help you to understand what is going on so you can self-manage your injury. We believe this is key to your pro-longed recovery, so that you can be pain free for good! 

A number of different treatment options will be used to get you back to health as soon as possible. These include; hands on therapy, ultrasound, therapeutic exercise, bracing and taping where applicable, foot orthotics if needed. Over the years we have gained connections with other local medical professionals and as it is our goal to get you back to optimum health, we may refer you to another trusted medical specialist if needed.

We are members of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and are happy to take WorkCover, DVA patients with a Gold or White card and patients with an Medicare EPC Form (Doctor Referrals are needed for WorkCover, DVA & Medicare Appointments).
