Altona North Medical Group is also involved with training the next generation of doctors:

ANMG has been accredited by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners as a training practice since it opened, as were the founding practices for many years prior.

We have been selected as a Training Provider of General Practice training, to provide formal training for fully qualified doctors choosing to follow a career in General Practice.

As such, we welcome young Doctors who are supported and mentored while completing their training for their FRACGP college exams.

This involves a 3 year program of working, educational support programs and lots of studying!

We also proudly teach medical students who will sit in with our doctors at various times when agreed to by you.
