Our Christian psychologists and counsellors in a non-discriminatory manner use a number of treatment methods that have been shown to produce the best outcomes, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based therapies, and more.
