The Luxottica Institute of Learning was established to help meet the growing continuing educational needs of OPSM and Laubman & Pank optometrists registered to practice in Australia and New Zealand. It offers a flexible alternative to continued professional education with online courses available to optometrists at any time to suit their work and lifestyle commitments.

All CPD modules are authored by professors, doctors and key leaders of optometry and ophthalmology, and accredited by Optometry Australia and the New Zealand Association of Optometrists.

The Luxottica Institute of Learning is updated each month with at least one new CPD module. Across the year optometrists will have access to modules that relate to clinical practice, therapeutics, practice management and new technologies.

Each module includes assessment questions with multiple choice answers. Upon successfully completing each assessment the allocated CPD points are recorded and forwarded to Optometry Australia or the New Zealand Association of Optometrists.
