In 2011, Karen Finnin had to end a three-year stint running a Private Physiotherapy Practice in East Timor. Saddened that she could no longer care for her patients, she decided that there had to be a better way to manage patients from a distance. Karen launched Online Physio, Australia's first entirely online, publicly accessible private Physiotherapy Practice.
