In 2001, Greg Stanley-Horn was working for a nonprofit organisation and was tasked with finding case management software to fit all of his agency's reporting, compliance, and service tracking needs. After researching the market extensively, he realized that the solution he was looking for didn't exist, so he decided to build it.
