INTRODUCTION
Einstein College of Australia is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) which is conveniently located in Melbourne CBD and was established in 2010. We provide training and assessment for both international and domestic students in aged care, disability support, accounting, business, English language and other short courses.
Einstein College of Australia is an RTO regulated by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). In accordance with the Standards for RTOs 2015, we deliver quality training and assessment for all our students. Einstein College of Australia is also registered with the CRICOS (Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students). As a CRICOS provider, Einstein College of Australia is approved to deliver courses to overseas students.
Einstein College of Australia is a member of ITECA (Independent Tertiary Education Council Australia) and also a member of Tuition Protection Service (TPS).
Our staff members are friendly and professional with solid experiences in the vocational education and ELICOS industry. We ensure our students are provided with quality training and assessment, and student-centred support services.
Einstein College of Australia has a wide range of facilities and resources for our students, including spacious training rooms, state-of-the-art training equipment, a student library, a computer lab, student lounge and rest areas with free access to the Internet via free WI-FI across our campus.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Einstein College of Australia (the College) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and meets training and assessment, administrative, human resources management, facility, marketing, financial, and quality assurance requirements set by the federal and state governments in Australia. The National VET Regulator, ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority), monitors the College's operations to ensure it meets the compliance requirements in accordance with the Standards for RTOs 2015. Einstein College of Australia is also registered with the CRICOS (Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students) and meets all requirements set by government regulatory authorities for the protection of the overseas students. Our college operates in accordance with the ESOS Legislative Framework (Compilation No.29 Registered 1 July 2016), which comprises of:
*Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS) (includes amendments up to Act No. 41, 2018);
*Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Regulations 2001;
*Education Services for Overseas Students (Registration Charges) Act 1997 (includes amendments up to Act No. 172, 2015);
*Education Services for Overseas Students (TPS Levies) Act 2012 (includes amendments up to Act No. 171, 2015); and
*The National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018 (National Code 2018).
Our college also provides ELICOS (English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students) courses. Therefore, our college ensures that we also meet the requirements of the ELICOS Standards 2018.
SELF-ASSURANCE
Einstein College of Australia implemented the self-assurance practices to ensure our ongoing compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (Standards for RTOs) through ongoing monitoring and evaluation of our college’s operations and outcomes. This includes a range of activities, such as:
*Developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with the Standards for RTOs, regularly reviewing and updating them to ensure they are up-to-date and always aligned with the Standards for RTOs.
*Recruiting and engaging qualified, capable, experienced, and responsible trainers/assessors, quality assurance management staff, compliance advisors/consultants, management, administration, students support, marketing and sales, and ICT personnel; ensuring and supporting ongoing professional development for all team members.
*Having long-term ongoing industry and community engagement; conducting industry consultation on an annual basis and participating in community engagement activities regularly to identify any areas of improvement.
*Monitoring our students’ course progress, completion, and employment outcomes. Also, collecting our students’ feedback, including compliments, complaints, and appeals; providing dedicated student-centred support to our students.
*Conducting regular internal audits on our college’s operations to identify any areas of non-compliance and areas for improvement, and take corrective actions where necessary.
*Developing the continuous improvement processes and implementing a continuous improvement plan based on the findings of internal audits; always striving to improve our operations and achieve quality outcomes.
Through these activities, Einstein College of Australia embedded our self-assurance practices and continuous improvement into our operations and ensured our ongoing compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (Standards for RTOs).
