AFCNA is equips Christian churches to develop and sustain life-giving and life-changing Faith Community Care ministries that include nurses, health professionals, people with lived experience, and people interested and gifted in the provision of compassionate care. We continue to facilitate faith community nursing and are extending our reach beyond nurses to meet a rapidly growing need at a time when Australian health and community care is under pressure. AFCNA provides quality education, facilitates professional development, provides support, mentoring and resources to individuals and faith communities so they can provide compassionate holistic care to people within their community.
