The IOTHS is responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of hospital, outpatient and community based health and dental services in the Indian Ocean Territories. The IOTHS is comprised of the Christmas Island Health Service, which includes the hospital, and the Coco's (Keeling) Island Health Service, which is comprised of health centers on both West and Home Islands.
