- Clinical Nutrition Management: especially designed for RN’s, Clinical Coordinators and Care Managers, providing assistance with more complex nutrition needs of residents, including tube feeding, nutrition for stomas and more (full day)
- Textured Modified Food and Fluids: dealing with food service and care staff (practical sessions)
- Nutrition interventions: working with care and nursing staff to put measures in place for residents at nutrition risk
