  • Describe the aims and purpose of the Clinical Supervisor’s Report (CSR) in Workplace-based Assessment
  • Complete the CSR to provide an evidence-based assessment and meaningful  feedback
  • Proceed when a trainee appears to be in difficulty

The Clinical Supervisor’s Report (CSR) is the Clinical Supervisor's assessment of the GP trainee's performance in post. CSRs are completed by all Clinical Supervisors in both primary and secondary care.
