Her relentless passion for ‘making a difference’ throughout her career has resulted in her becoming the first Practice Manager to receive Honorary Fellowship of the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP). She is immediate past chairman of the national Practice Management Network and co-leads of the RCGP General Practice Foundation for practice management
