Step to Work | Sustaining change and learning
Sustaining change and learning
By the end of the session you should be able to:
- consolidate your reflections and learning from the Step to Work programme
- acknowledge the challenges you have faced and celebrate your personal achievements from the previous 12 months
Document your answers to the following reflection in the worksheet. The exercise should take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
8b reflection: reflecting on personal testimony
Share your personal testimony, or whatever elements of your personal testimony you feel comfortable sharing, with a colleague, mentor, preceptor or peer.
- Discuss with them what learning capacities, personal resources, values or behaviours your testimony demonstrates that will be valuable for you as you move forward in your professional development
Summary
- A testimony enables you to reflect on the difficulties you have faced and the impact these have had.
- Be proud of all your achievements to date in your journey.
