Primarily for Transition year Intensivists, The CICM Management Skills Course is delivered by Intensive Care Specialists with an interest in what makes our workplaces tick and how to improve them. They hold a genuine desire to instil trainees and new intensivists with a different perspective and equip them with the skills to engage in the non-clinical arena. Increase your knowledge and develop skills in various non-clinical aspects of consultant practice with the guidance and knowledge of our leading experts.
It’s delivered by Intensive Care Specialists with an interest in what makes our workplaces tick and how to improve them. They instil trainees and new intensivists with a different perspective and equip them with the skills to engage in the non-clinical arena.
