Learning General Practice with e-GP course
This session introduces the e-GP e-learning resource and explains how to prioritise your learning and use the e-learning sessions to meet your everyday educational needs.
This session was reviewed by Khyati Bakhai and last updated in June 2018.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this session you will be able to:
- Describe the aims and educational purpose of the e-GP online resource
- Identify a range of methods you can use to prioritise the e-learning sessions you should complete as a self-directed, professional learner
- Demonstrate how to use e-GP to provide evidence of learning for GP training, annual appraisal and revalidation
- Illustrate how you can contribute to the ongoing development of e-GP
We will also give an overview of the simple technical steps that will enable you to use the e-GP site to generate evidence of learning that can be used for workplace-based assessment (for the nMRCGP), for annual appraisals and revalidation.
