FREE Online Education - LEARN, PREPARE, RESPOND
Heart of the Nation has developed an online "LEARN PREPARE RESPOND" non-accredited online course designed to increase awareness, knowledge, and confidence for individuals to be able to respond to sudden cardiac arrest.
The course covers key educational areas of understanding cardiac arrest, how to recognise it and the importance of being able to CALL PUSH SHOCK! Although you don’t need to be formally trained in how to do CPR or how to use an AED, this course is valuable to increase your knowledge, overcome any personal barriers and provides practical tips and guides to support you, if you are ever presented with this situation.
The course is offered free for all participants.
