Developing rapport course for Dental Practitioners

This session will cover the importance of developing rapport with patients.
Learning objectives
By the end of this session you will be able to:
- list and demonstrate the skills required for effective rapport building
- identify why these skills are important in dental practice
- list the advantages of non-verbal communication
Being able to build rapport with patients through good communication skills is, therefore, one of the keys to running a successful dental practice.
