Graduated in surgical medicine, Dr. Silik, as he is commonly known, is one of the most respected aesthetic practitioners in his country and globally recognized for his extensive knowledge of filler techniques. Creator of the 4–Points Technique that focusses facial treatment on 4 injection points, from the malar to the jawline and his well known technique Rino 4 Puntos.
Founder of the 4 Points Community with more than 7,000 doctors from 60 countries performing the 4 Point Techniques. Chairman of the 4 Points Foundation performing more than 500 treatments for patients with no financial resources with various facial traumas.

Dr Marcells is a Facial Plastic Surgeon (ENT Head and Neck Surgeon FRACS) based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
He is the first Surgeon in Australia to perform the Deep Plane Face and Necklift as popularized by Neil Gordon and Andrew Jacono. This procedure for Facial Rejuvenation has taken the world by storm however it is not new. Neil Gordon has been developing the techniques over the past 25 years and Andrew Jacono has promoted it to be the Surgical Treatment of choice for aging face .
Dr Marcells has over 12 years experience with this operation.
This lecture explains exactly why Deep Plane Face and Necklift is successful through the use of advanced computer graphics and surgical videos as well as detailed before-and-after graphics and patient videos.
Dr Marcells is past President of the AAFPS (Australasian Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery)
He is Co-Director of the Sydney Rhinology Fellowship which accepts Fellows for advanced rhinology training through the American Match program.
He is a Co-Director of the Sydney Facial Plastic Surgery Fellowship which accepts Fellows for advanced Facial Plastic Surgery training.
He is Co-Convenor of the annual Sydney “Rhinoplasty” workshop and the annual AAFPS Conference.
