About the session
This session looks at identifying frailty and when to escalate and will provide a greater understanding of falls, continence, hydration and nutrition, diabetes, alcohol and substance misuse.

At the end of this session you will be able to:

  • understand the importance of frailty syndromes in more detail and how they impact the individual on more than one level
