Introduction

Joanne has recently started a new role as a support worker. You will be assessing her against the Care Certificate Standards in her new workplace.

Joanne has been in post for 2 weeks and is working through her induction programme.

When you met Joanne previously, she told you that she had started to work towards the Care Certificate in a previous, similar role. She stated that reasonable adjustments were made to support with her written evidence as she is dyslexic.
