Business Management course for GPs
This session examines how plans for services are made within an organisation. It introduces the business case as a valuable tool which contributes to the business planning process, and examines how decisions are made locally about which plans to support. This session supports leadership development in clinical settings.

As part of improving services for patients, and to promote clinically effective, personal and safe care, there is an onus on all professionals involved in healthcare to ensure that public resources and funding are used efficiently and appropriately.
