Natalie Pageler,
Chief Health Informatics Officer | Divisional Chief, Clinical Informatics

Stanford Children's Health | Stanford University (US)

Dr. Natalie Pageler is a distinguished pediatric intensivist and clinical informaticist, board-certified in both specialties. She serves as the Associate Dean for Maternal and Child Health (Clinical Informatics) at Stanford Medicine and holds the positions of Division Chief of Clinical Informatics and Clinical Professor of Critical Care in the Department of Pediatrics. As the Chief Health Informatics Officer at Stanford Medicine Children’s Health, Dr. Pageler has been instrumental in leading the organization to achieve HIMSS Level 7 EMR and analytics adoption, along with earning the HIMSS Davies Award of Excellence for exceptional care of children and pregnant women. In her role, she also co-leads the Digital Health Program and oversees the safe and effective integration of AI into the health system. Additionally, Dr. Pageler co-founded the Stanford Clinical Informatics Fellowship, one of the first ACGME-accredited fellowships in the United States, dedicated to advancing the field of clinical informatics.

Dr Rachna Gandhi,
Chief Transformation, Digital & Data Officer

Ramsay Health Care

Rachna is an experienced multi-industry ASX 30 and public sector executive. She has held roles across strategy, operations and digital, and has a track record in delivering transformations that achieve world class customer experience and growth in highly regulated and complex environments.

Rachna leads the Australian digital and IT teams, while also working with international Ramsay teams to develop and deliver the global digital strategy and data management framework.

Rachna has previously been responsible for the customer service and digital transformation at Westpac, Suncorp and Service NSW.

She holds a Bachelor of Business and Doctor of Philosophy, as well as qualifications in Leadership and Leading Strategic Transformations and Culture Renewal from Stanford University and Harvard University.

Peter O'Halloran,
Chief Digital Officer

Australian Digital Health Agency

Peter O’Halloran was appointed Chief Digital Officer of the Australian Digital Health Agency in February 2023. Prior to joining the Australian Digital Health Agency, Peter was the Chief Information Officer for ACT Health, overseeing the development and implementation of the Territory’s Digital Health Strategy 2019-2029. In November 2022, under Peter’s leadership, ACT Health implemented the Territory’s Digital Health Record based on Epic’s EMR platform.

Peter has been a Chief Information/Digital Officer in the healthcare portfolio in the public service since 2009 and has held senior roles with the National Health & Medical Research Council and the National Blood Authority.

A Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Digital Health, a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders and a Senior Member & Certified Professional of the Australian Computer Society, Peter is never bored and is always up to something.
